After 4th or 7th day, breast milk non so called kolostrum
again, but will be so called transition milk, later after 14th day will
become the matured breast milk, of course its content is different.
Matured breast milk consisted of foremilk and hindmilk.
Despite the well-recognised
health benefits of breastfeeding, many mums are still made to feel
uncomfortable breastfeeding outside the home. Mothers need community and
business support to make this a positive experience.
